Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
Once OLIV receives the returned item, a refund will be issued minus:
- Shipping label fees for the return
- Restocking Fee: US$3.50
How to start a return process.
Please send an email to help@oliv.com including your name and order number. Our team will send you a return tag. OLIV wants you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase.
Refunds via credit card
Refunds via credit card generally take 5–10 business days before the amount appears on your account statement.
Problems with the installation.
If you encounter any problems during product installation, please contact us at help@oliv.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and resolve any issues.
International orders
For international orders, return shipping costs to the United States are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for paying the return shipping labels.
Exceptions
- Used or activated filters.
- Damage or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications to the product.
These will void the warranty or replacement policy. - OLIV Faucet Filters require replacement at least every 90 days.
Failure to replace the filter within the specified timeframe.
This will void the replacement policy. - Orders that are reshipped, resent, or are replacements.
These are non-refundable and will terminate the original order’s return period.
OLIV reserves the right to charge shipping fees again for orders that the system indicates have already been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Damage and problems with goods.
If the product is damaged, damaged during shipping, or incomplete, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Additional conditions
- Shipping fees, handling fees, shipping insurance, and taxes are non-refundable.
- OLIV reserves the right to refuse returns if items are incomplete (e.g., missing parts).
- If a customer has purchased a Starter Kit Bundle and wishes to return only a portion of the items,
the regular price of the Starter Kit will be deducted from the total refund amount.
OLIV is not liable for personal property returned with the product, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
OLIV System Maintenance Instructions
For proper use and to extend the lifespan of the product, please follow these instructions.
- Water temperature should not exceed 100°F (approximately 38°C).
- Water pressure should not exceed 40 psi. The maximum pressure of the faucet should not be used; it should be adjusted to a level that allows water to flow gently and comfortably through the OLIV system.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you appropriately.
